		<description>It does always bother me when an ethnic restaurant doesn&#039;t have staff of that ethnicity working / cooking there.  (By ethnic, I mean anything that&#039;s non-American, because I&#039;m an imperialist shallow minded state-sider, of course.)

Yet, it&#039;s not a 100% rule as far as ethnic food goes.  The Mexican restaurant Anna&#039;s Taqueria was founded by Japanese entrepreneur Michael Kamio, and offers quite tasty food.

That hidden jem of a restaurant may be out there, but you&#039;re probably right -- the bad so vastly outnumber the good, it&#039;s not worth the effort.</description>
